Grammies Poems

We let grammie tell us some of her favorite poems.  One started out Mary, Mary quite .... but Mary had a little lamb seemed to get in the way. But with a little help she got the job done.   She has the prompting of her children to thank for that.  Oh well.

Gramie can sing

Grammie watched General Conference with us.  Later after dinner we invited her to sing some songs for us.  Watch and enjoy.

Milano

This Hotel was almost impossible to find.  We had to stop three times for directions.  Somehow we found it even though it was dark.

This is the last day of our trip.  We took a city tour.  I think we have a good idea of what is in Milano.

Matterhorn

This the Castle Chilion Chateau.  It is the oldest castles to survive destruction from war.

The  tower has been built taller twice see the  line half way up and the very top.  The top was originally flat and tooth like.
Bath anyone.  See people did keep themselves clean.  This is a twelfth century bath tub. The cloth kept you from splinters.

After two hours we can just see the tip of the Matterhorn.  After a 1 hr ride on a cogwheel train less $75/person.  Oh well.ice flow.

We went to the Matterhorn and yes it was covered  in the clouds.  Fortunately the clouds cleared just before we left.  We saw some mountain goats jumping around the cliffs.  They were amazing!
